Transitioning seamlessly from the armed forces, she became a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a proficient Life Coach, and an accomplished Hypnotist. During her service in the Indian Army, she led multi-cultural teams and managed challenging assignments with distinction. She has also been coaching, guiding and mentoring troops and their families for more than a decade. She worked for 6 months with PRAJNA Foundation which is a Non-Profit Organization, and mentored children as well as their families residing in the slum areas of Kalkaji (Delhi).
